python312Packages.textual-autocomplete: use generic buildPythonPackage

This PR patches textual-autocomplete to use buildPythonPackage directly, instead of python3.pkgs.buildPythonPackage. This way it can work with multiple python versions instead of only the default python3 as discussed in #353386
