CosMx Cell Profiles v2

This release incorporates a number of changes and improvements from the previous version:

• Inclusion of 6 new profiles derived from 6k datasets (Colon CRC, Kidney RCC, Breast Cancer, Skin Cancer, Lung Cancer, Liver)
• Inclusion of new profiles derived from our publicly-available WTx pancreas dataset
• Renamed all pre-existing profiles to reflect the panel used (without changing the content)
• Inclusion of Cell Ontology metadata to annotate cell types in profiles and cell type hierarchies
• Update license for Bruker Spatial Biology (BSB)
• Update metadata JSON for BSB and publication(s)
• Call for contributions - email support.spatial@bruker.com for more information
• Moved 'dendritic cell' on hierarchies and renamed to 'conventional dendritic cell'
• Renamed other cell type(s) to correct typo(s) and/or moved on cell hierarchies as necessary
• Refreshed README to direct users to other helpful resources

Encapsulate original profiles as first release

This release is equivalent to the initial public state of the repository, with a very small number of typo-type changes changed from that initial state. This release is being created now in anticipation of a significant number of additions/changes to the repository: additional profiles, reorganization or renaming of some existing profiles, noteworthy changes to README and license documents, additional auxiliary datatype, etc.
