Quality checking of data templates submitted to the ICP Waters database.

The app is publicly available here.

Testing and development

For development and testing, run the app on the JupyterHub as follows:

Clone this repository to the Hub
Open a terminal and cd into the icp_waters_qc_app folder
Run streamlit run app.py to start the app
Open a new browser tab and navigate to https://jupyterhub.niva.no/hub/user-redirect/proxy/8501/ to view the app
