Updated architecture and added Action for publishing a docker

• Update the architecture figure to reflect the latest discussion on the library structure.
• Include a GitHub Action that publishes the library in a docker container

I tested the GitHub action by triggering it on PR (see result here), but I removed the trigger now. The docker container will be created only when we push to main (or by manually executing the action).
