This project comprises several Python scripts, each designed for specific multimedia and AI-driven tasks. Below is a breakdown of each file, its features, applications, and how to run it.

Files and Descriptions

1. video_effects.py

  • Applies various effects to video streams.
  • Features:
    • Allows users to apply real-time video effects.
  • Applications:
    • Live video editing, fun video filters, etc.
  • How to Run:
    python video_effects.py

2. virtual_assistant.py

  • Implements a virtual assistant that can analyze both audio and video inputs to help users troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Features:
    • Processes audio and video streams.
    • Provides step-by-step instructions to solve technical problems based on the analyzed input.
    • Highlights problem areas in the video stream.
  • Applications:
    • Remote technical support, interactive troubleshooting guides.

    python virtual_assistant.py

3. voice_operated_detect_object.py

  • Combines voice commands with object detection in a video stream.
  • Features:
    • Real-time object detection.
    • Voice-controlled activation/deactivation of object detection.
  • Applications:
    • Security systems, interactive applications.

4. AI_audio_stream.py

  • Streams audio to an AI service for real-time processing and response.

5. flip-video.py

  • Flips a video horizontally or vertically.

6. detect_object.py

  • Detects objects in a video stream using a pre-trained model.
  • Features:
    • Real-time object detection.

7. describe_scene.py

  • Analyzes a video stream and provides a textual description of the scene.
  • Features:
    • Scene description generation.
  • Applications:
    • Accessibility tools, automated video analysis.

8. audio_stream.py

  • Streams audio from a microphone.
  • Features:
    • Real-time audio streaming.
  • Applications:
    • Voice recording, live audio transmission.
  • How to Run:
    python audio_stream.py

Configuration

The OPENROUTER_API_KEY should be set as an environment variable. You can do this by exporting it in your terminal:

export OPENROUTER_API_KEY=your_api_key

Dependencies

Ensure you have the necessary libraries installed. You can install them using pip:

pip install -r requirements.txt

(Note: A requirements.txt file listing all dependencies should be included in the project.)
