Translated some text to Arabic.

Hi @AdelHCI, many thanks for contributing to the Arabic DSpace 7 translation! I was able to build and deploy your file locally, which is great. But many of the keys are currently still untranslated.

Are you planning to do more translation work? If so, I will leave your pull request open, and you can add further commits to it. If you can't continue the work, I might still merge "as-is" so that another translator can pick up the work.

Hi, It is my first time contributing to open source projects so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right before I translate more. Also, I am not sure how accurate the translation is. Just being bilingual and trying to make a contribution. Let me try and work on it for the next few days. If you see no changes, just merge as is since I might have gotten distracted by something else and hopefully someone else or me in the future can finish it. Thanks for reaching out.
