hey @EclesioMeloJunior,
these are ibp program bootnodes hosted in SEA, and we are just changing our naming practice at @rotkonetworks.
since no one has implemented rfc#8 there is no real truth src for bootnode states but here is our pr to polkadot-sdk for same update.
