To add the option to create poll from the topic tools, I am building on from PR #23. I created 2 new files and modified 1 based on the structure of the move-post modal. The tpl file create-poll outlines the layout for the view of the poll modal. The poll.js file handles the JS logic to display the preview of the poll in the modal, as well as handling the opening and closing of the modal. Finally, I added a section in the threadTools file to implement the logic outlined in poll.js.
