update PWFA example #4535

This PR cleans up the PWFA example

  • the old in-depth example is removed, with some explanatory text migrated to the PWFA example readme
  • the beam parameters are altered slightly so the beam quality is improved
  • the input scripts shown are in 3D, are consistent between the PICMI and executable inputs
  • figures of the wake,
    pwfa_wakefield
    and energy gain,
    pwfa_beam_energy
    along with the generating script, are provided

I am amazed why the E_z field on the wake is so smooth with that few plasma particles 😅 Is this smoothed in plotting?

Yes the plotting routine uses interpolation to smooth out the field. Maybe it is disingenuous but I like how it looks
