Thanks for the contribution, but this fix requires releasing a new version and old Azure CLI versions will still be broken. We are fixing this in the extension release pipeline. |

Description
While this seems to be an error on the infra side (an BOM encoded JSON was uploaded), I think safeguards should be present in order to avoid issues in the future.
