buttonStyle can only accept an enum value of type AppleAuthenticationButtonStyle (black or white). It's not possible to change the icon using Expo's Apple authentication library. To edit the icon size, we would need to migrate to a different Apple Auth library, so I'll mark this as an improvement the team can reconsider in the future.
