0x is now mandatory to match Ethereum addresses.

Fixes issue #49. It now makes the 0x part of the address mandatory. This fixes unexpected behaviour matching magnet links, as well as complies with GETH v1.6.0;

Notably, most JSON fields now require the "0x" prefix.
