See the font-xproto package.

The package itself doesn't actually include any fonts -- just some xml files:

# apk info -L font-xproto
font-xproto-7.0.31-r2 contains:
usr/share/doc/xproto/encoding.xml
usr/share/doc/xproto/glossary.xml
usr/share/doc/xproto/keysyms.xml
usr/share/doc/xproto/sect1-9.xml
usr/share/doc/xproto/x11protocol.xml
var/lib/db/sbom/font-xproto-7.0.31-r2.spdx.json

And the subpackage, font-xproto-dev, doesn't ship anything at all....
