Just curious after flashing what is done to stop the SRSP - SYS - ping after 6000ms error in Zibee2MQTT?

If flashing of the correct firmware image was done properly and successfully then suggest as in -> Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman#319

Note that EZSP support in Zigbee2MQTT (Z2M) is experimental with initial support only and should generally be unstable still.
