Hi, if I recall correctly, older Aqara (lumi) devices use a custom cluster to report battery status and signal strength. Typically, this message is sent when there’s a significant change or when the user presses a physical button.

However, in my experience, the battery percentage reported by the device is not very accurate. It usually only indicates high, medium, or low battery levels.

I pressed the physical buttons a few times, but still no battery information shown. Not a big issue, but it's slightly annoying to see the notification from SmartThings app saying that not all attributes are available yet.
