Just like email val, assign a Jabber ID to the val and any stanzas (or maybe choose if just one ore more of message/iq/presence) that come in trigger the val and pass it the stanza, along with a way to reply (return value could get sent, or else put a handle in the environment that can be used to send one or more stanzas from the associated Jabber ID).
