I used the README fields in my (private) vals for notes, todos, implementation questions I'm pondering, etc. I realize I could do this using inline comments, but the README is such a useful space. It would be nice to be able to pop that into the sidebar or something in the fullscreen editor (which is terrific, totally transformative).
