It would help understand billings and trace down the change's source to have the charges' specifics in the CSV. For example, are they for storage, compute, something else?
Also, GCP dumps have occasional empty protject_name and/or project_ids:
While these are tiny changes, they require special handling and could create discrepancies that must be understood in the reports.
Looking at more data associated with these billings, as needed for more detailed reports, should help us determine whether there is a bug or just noise from GCP.
