we are already adding glow from charm. we can get it added to EPEL instead?

i think we should be just a bit more conservative with this wishlist for now LOL. a good target for now would be to have parity with bluefin base if possible. there might also be some things we dont need here

Assuming all of these are open source, they should all be possible to add to EPEL. Things that are already in Fedora are easier. What would help me is a ranked order of importance so I know where to focus my time first.

I don't think we want to blanket ask for these as the criteria for support would be longer. Printers and fonts will require some thought.

Restic and rclone are nobrainers, let's go with those for an easy win?

Here's some packages which ARE in EPEL 9 but NOT in EPEL 10, so I'd expect this to be obvious for inclusion in EPEL 10...

p7zip (and p7zip-plugins) has been requested, but it sounds like the maintainer would rather add 7zip instead, which it seems is the currently maintained fork (or something like that). I don't see any open requests for the others.
