Request to add rtw89-bt driver

Describe the package

Some modern Realtek network cards have both Wifi and Bluetooth capabilities. WiFi usually works thanks to module rtw89, but Bluetooth needs out-of-kernel modules: https://github.com/lwfinger/rtw89-BT

There's already an issue to include Realtek drivers in #270, so it may be interesting to package them together.
