All dynamic lights that are on entities seem to be much weaker than when placed. This makes it quite dark, especially when using a mod such as True Darkness. I suspect it is a holdover from Lambs code - however non Lamb dynamic light mods do not have this issue (such as Lucent).
As Lucent has different issues altogether, Id much like to use this mod, but its just uncomfortably dark. Here are some images for comparision.
Light from a torch placed at my feet.
Light from holding a torch.
As you can see, or rather, not see - there is less visible when the torch is held. I think it should at the least have the same light level as the placed torch.
For possible reference:
Embeddium++ when they still had the dynamic lighting, which they have apparently removed since.
This issue on Embeddium++ which has the same code ported from Lambs, where this issue with darkened held light sourced is pointed out, and referenced in a fix.
