Hey there! Thanks for picking up this project (because the default chrome behavior drives me nuts).

One issue I have found: Sometimes, when I'm closing a tab, rather than taking me back to the last active tab, it will sometimes take me to the first tab in a window.
I saw a window, as if I've got two separate chrome windows open, when I close a tab in window B, it will take me to the first tab in window A. It's an intermittent issue, unfortunately.

For example, see https://imgur.com/a/9Kl377e

In this instance, it changed the active tab on the window in the background, but didn't bring the second window forward (which, honestly, that's a new behavior to me, though I normally don't have one window visible behind the other).

If you need any logs or anything to help diagnose this, please let me know and I'll do my best to get them to you.
