Recover stuck TON during bridging

I have stuck tokens in bridge. Direction is ETH -> TON. Token is TON. I had bad internet connection and lost browser's session during bridging.
TON is burned in ETH network, but I didn't get it in TON network. There is no way to recover lost session and claim my TON coins in TON network.

Support in Telegram is silent for a week already.

I saw in code some "recover" strings. May be there is existing way to deal with it? Or who can I contact for assistance?

I tried again, to bridge 10 TON this time, to see the sequence of events. It just doesn't work! Now I have +10 TON stuck in this bridge. I need help with it ASAP!
