The current test fixture handling library has enough functionality to successfully import and remove the test fixture data for the dashboard_filtering_spec.js test file. However, it does not contain all of the functionality that the original osd-opensearch-archiver package had in OpenSearch Dashboards; in particular, it does not have the functionality to migrate the .kibana indices, handle gzip'd test fixture files, or create/edit test fixture files themselves.
