Hey Tim, did you forget to commit the pom of the selenium project? I see M2_HOME references in your classpath, but no pom there.

I could grow my own, but you know I'm lazy..

The examples bundle has a pom.xml. I have no other in my Workspace.
I'm pretty clueless about maven. If you have a suggestion how to fix this let me know...

Hey Tim, I fixed it for myself in the meantime. It's just that you have references to your local m2 repo in the classpath file of the rapbot project.

Btw. bot.input didn't work at my side at all, but sadly I don't have much time to investigate it
