[Bug]: init_channel_manager toast seen when attempting to transfer before ldk has initialised

Describe the bug

When I open Bitkit and attempt to transfer to spending I often see the following error on first attempt: "Instant Payments Setup Failed" "An error occurred when setting up you instant balance. init_channel_manager". Subsequent attempts usually work because ldk has had time to initialise. We could show the same LDK loading screen as when trying to produce invoice to receive.

Reproduce

1. Open bitkit (cold-start)
2. Immediately go to transfer to spending flow, input value and 'Continue'
3. Observe toast error
