System hangs on latest arch linux kernel 6.13.5.arch1-1 #47

When trying to change channel on latest arch-linux

sudo ip link set wlp106s0u5 down
sudo iw dev wlp106s0u5 set monitor otherbss
sudo ip link set wlp106s0u5 up
sudo iw dev wlp106s0u5 set channel 161 HT20

Last command hangs indefinitely. ip no longer work, I can't even call dmesg

Works fine if I switch to linux-lts which is 6.12.17
