adding more accent letters to World Layer

Hi,

as I'm from Czechia I would love to see our accent letters in the World Layer, there already are a couple we use in our language, but I would love to see all of them.

Currently there are missing the following letters

ě š č ř ž ů

Hello, I planned to implement this for you in v41 but it's not clear where I should place these new letters on the World layer, which currently has all vowels and only a few consonants on the left hand side. This placement may also vary depending on the alpha layout you use, such as QWERTY vs Enthium, so it's hard to come up with an intuitive arrangement that makes sense even across the popular alpha layouts that I've bundled with this keymap. As a result, I have decided to leave this feature request up to you:

1. Follow the Adding a new World character instructions to add support for the missing letters.
2. Use this reference to look up OS-specific compose key sequences for the missing letters. This step isn't strictly necessary but it would save me a lot of effort 🙏 and help your fellow users type the missing letters more easily on their preferred operating system.
3. Determine the best placement for them on the World layer (or if that's too difficult, you might simply place them on your base layer as dedicated keys/combos or you might even go so far as to create a new layer for your language).
4. Contribute your chosen implementation back to this project in the form of a pull request.
