I have gotten to 45ish wpm on the base layer typing letters, numbers, and punctuation, using keybr.com and monkeytype.com, what is the best way to learn additional layers?

Just through normal everyday use, I suppose? They're all very task specific so I'm not sure whether you'll find a typing tutor like the ones you mentioned.
