Filter stories by input tags in Search field

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now we already have filtering by tags, that's really nice, but still does not solve the problem when we have too much different tags.
Example: we have more than 1000 components and 2000+ stories. Each story has set of brief tags, which user can type and fastly filter stories and display according to the typing. It can be name of story, path, or one of tags. In that case - we have 400 different tags, and custom logic for display 'hints' by typed tags (using ref for search field and manage by ourselves over display)

Describe the solution you'd like

There are 2 possible solutions I see:

1. Add one more weight using filtering. We already have name and path. What if we add one more weight for tags?
2. Let us the possibility to write our custom filter patterns according to the search input query. It will be more abstract, but you can write any different logic, use one or complex props for filtering (not only by name or path) and recieve the search result as you expect
