feeder cell
def: a layer of cells that are unable to divide, which provides extracellular secretions to help only one cell type to proliferate.

Note: They differs from a coculture system because only one cell type is capable to proliferate

The definition seems to imply that a feeder is a cell that is part of layer. Seems odd to call a feeder cell a layer.

Do we need a class 'feeder cell layer'?
