Reclassify 'stem cell marker process'. It is really a kind of assay (see cytometry assay: OBI_0001977).
That has outputs information about gene or protein expression.
Need to work out details about input/outputs. This will relate to issue #1 .

Stem cell marker process
Def: A planned process with the objective to produce information about the identity of stem cell that is the evaluant, by physically examining its genes and protein products. (OBI assay + Wikipedia)
