許願

希望可以自定義各種標籤，只要勾選就可以包好tgz檔
專案(project: jasmine, azalea)，chart種類(policy, product, core)，設定對應的github檔案位置
然後自己用勾選的搭配組合就可以下載包好的tgz檔

應該會以 slctl plugin 方式來做
