If taking out + inserting SD card on menu, then selecting HANS, it goes straight into Download Play
rather than giving you a choice of app.
the game in the slot was New Super Mario Bros. 2 (Europe)

The exploit needs to load the code located on the sd card to work. I am pretty sure this is the reason you are experiencing these issues when removing the sd card.

As for the other issues, @smealum will have to address those. I suggest opening up the issues regarding screen shoting on the repo for the screenshot tool which is on smeas github.
