Stoped working on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in in not free app

I used this app for installation purposes and used CarStream,
Samsung Galaxy S22: OneUI - 6.1, Andorid - 14
Last Google Play update 1/11/2024.

It worked great, I had to reset the phone to factory settings due to major errors in other important apps. After starting and reinstalling, unfortunately, the programs from AAAD stopped working. Previously, I also installed it through the paid version of this app.

I tried using it on another Samsung model and unfortunately the symptom is the same - the message ("No new messages during this route")
