Try answer No, when asked to also install Fermata Control. Worked for me

Buongiorno ho lo stesso problema ho un oppo a78 e non riesco ad installare app fermata auto e quando installo carsteem non la vedo su android auto come faccio??

Ciao. Non ho nulla visualizzato sullo schermo automatico, ad eccezione di AndroidAuto standard. Ho letto sui nostri forum: OPPO non è supportato. È un peccato 😠
Nemmeno uno dell'intero pacchetto funziona.
