Description
As per the latest changes of FedEval we longer need a different set of aggregator defaults' https://github.com/securefederatedai/openfl/tree/develop/openfl-workspace/workspace/plan/defaults/federated-evaluation since number_of_rounds is enforced/overridden via aggregator in evaluation run

Expected behavior

Remove all the references to this defaults yaml specifically in sample workspace(s), if any
After removal of this fedeval aggregator yaml fedeval and learning workspaces should be working
