CSS Updates for Consistency across pages

• fix heading styling on About us page (they should all be the same thickness & size)
• fix padding issue on Chrome About us page

Can you provide a screenshot, or additional deets? These issues aren't jumping out at me when I tour the page.

@tmclean85 Right now the font sizes across headings are not the same size. You can immediately tell the thickness of the headings are not the same.

Other than that, @sovetsch Can you elaborate on the points above☝️?

I'm not sure what the Chrome padding issue is referring to. Nothing jumping out at me.
