Add Required Fields to Footer Mailing List Signup

Currently I can just press enter with filling nothing in and I get a thank you for signing up message. I would make both the name and email required fields.

Functionality for this is now set up. Some styling is still required.

I tested it and it seems the Name field is the only one required. Meaning people can just type in their name and no email and they will received the 'thanks for subscribing' message.

Just to prevent that best to make the email required as well 🤔
