Right now when setting 2 pages, the EpubNavigator will still resolve to a single page based on the orientation of the window.
Although that’s expected with value null (a.k.a. auto-pagination) in the Preferences API (as is the case in reflow), it should be disabled when the number of pages is explicitly set to 2.
