Monitoring agent repo's should not use HTTPS #211

The SSL cert recently expired causing the cloud monitoring repos the fail installation. Obviously this shouldn't normally be an issue but all the documentation says to use HTTP not HTTPS.

I'll be submitting a PR shortly making this change.
