What is the bug or the crash?

This is a long standing issue and I looked for a ticket without success (strange, I may have over looked...).

Raster -> Export as...

Mouse wheel up and down on combobox

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Add a raster to a project
  2. Export as...
  3. See creation options table not populated
