Elevation Profile: add groups in the Layer Tree and expose common properties

Feature description

The Layer Tree of the Elevation Profile is like a mini layer control. It would be nice to add groups, just like you can do on the main TOC control. I have up to 30-40 raster layers in the Elevation Profile each marking the lower boundary of a subsurface geological layer.

Having the possibility to do group settings like turn on/off all layers in a group or change your default line style to a polygon with Fill below would speed things up a lot..
