psi_common_axi_slave_ipif - Narrow burst handling incomplete

Narrow burst handling (ArSize/AwSize < 32resp 64 bits) is implemented partially (for wrapping bursts ArSize is considred) but the implementation is incomplete.

Handling narrow bursts is not implemented in most slaves because it is quite complex and different byte-lanes must be used alternatingly (see A3.4.3 of the attached specification). I would suggest to remove it completely and document that narrow bursts do not work.
