Since we have an OBS build available in packit itself, we can do the service part and let users use this for their pull-requests/commits/releases.

Implementation

setup OBS user(s) for packit
figure out how to get notified about the results
create a new handler wrapping the functionality in code
create a new database model, save results
provide API for the models
create dashboard result pages and a job list
