Functions are not called

Hi Pablo,

Question:, there are 3 functions that are defined but never used: explode_ticket, reserve_ticket and get_ticket, which seem to be needed to actually use the bot. Is there code missing in your python script, or am I missing something? Because from my understanding, as long as they are not called, they will never be used. Thanks!
