Add glossary

Using the meta glossary AsciiDoc file or the content, have some way to quickly look up Oxide terms.

Easiest solution would be to render as AsciiDoc and link through it it somewhere. Could also add a tooltip to the terms directly inline within the document. Or add it as custom result within the search.
