[UI] fea. allow different views when creating missions and geofence

Current state:

• Geofence editing view is exclusive. i.e. other objects (mission, vehicle tracks etc. ) are not available.

Suggest:
It is crucial to be able to plan missions/geofence in reference to as many information as possible, such as other missions, vehicle locations, past tracks etc.

• Just overlay geofence/mission planner on top of the existing view.
• Allow user to enable/disable mission view from 'missions', tracks etc.
• Allow user to display any missions in the mission list.
• Allow user to display any pas tracks between 2 time points.

Agreed.

In #44 I've started to standardize map view modes, there are 3 distinct modes. Having distinct modes streamlines the map UI in terms of user experience.

This is technically a separate feature request / issue. But yes, it makes sense.
