task: Store Repository using id instead of name.

Task Description

Currently Repository are stored using name, it leads to at least 2 issues:

• / character cannot be used within name as it is considered as a file path separator (cf bug: repository fails sync when it has a / character in the name attribute  #4120).
• Changing a repository name would create a new folder structure on the git-agents using the new name of the repo and we would only have access to the most recent commits as objects.

Storing Repository using id would solve these issues.
