Is there a way to Commit a Stylus page to a Github?

I know there's a way to sync the Github to the stylus, but I want to do it the other way around. I like using stylus to quickly edit webpages and if a webpage changes something I have to quickly test and change it. When doing this I have to manually update my github pages for the new changes and it gets very annoying.
